Founded by sustainable fashion pioneer Bernice Pan and Architect-Urbanist Harry Dobbs, the entrepreneurial couple have traveled to over 70 countries and worked in 7 cities between them before settling in the old fortified town Boulogne sur Mer as their permanent home.

Bernice and Harry fell in love with the hidden gems of history and nature in this strategic yet often overlooked location. In 2015 after the first encounter with Hôtel de Fiennes, they made the decision to move from London to what was then a run down property full of potential.

With equal measures of sensibility from the head, heart and hand, the original Hôtel de Fiennes now restored as The StayWell boutique guest house has been lovingly designed and sustainably revived into a peaceful haven of calm and charm, welcoming you to come for rest, reflection, and rejuvenation.
